THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRESENTS ITS ELECTION PLATFORM TO VOTERS IN GYUMRI

The Democratic Party of Armenia visited Gyumri within the framework
of the election campaign.
Standing against the current social-economic system and denying the
military-political structure, representatives of the Democratic Party
spoke about their primary objective of establishing a new system
of governance.
Leader of the Party Aram Sargsyan dwelt on the necessity of creating
jobs, promoting the development of industry and small and medium-sized
businesses.
Touching upon foreign policy, Sargsyan said the establishment of
mutually beneficial partnership relations is a priority, as it is
the guarantee of security and progress of the country.
The Party suggests to deepen the relations with Armenia's strategic
partner Russia. The Democratic Party is hopeful that it will find
support among the people of Gyumri and will have an opportunity to
implement the provisions of its program after the elections.
