Addressing a conference in a Turkish university, Turkey's Deputy PM
Bulent Arinc spoke about his country's foreign policy.
Arinc stated that the Turkish-Armenian protocols were designed to
normalize Turkey's relations with Armenia, but Turkey had said it will
open its borders with Armenia if the latter put an end to the
`occupation of Azerbaijani lands,' Turkish Haber 7 website informs.
