Issues in Contemporary Literature

Glendale, CA - Krikor Beledian, one of the most important 21th century
Armenian literary figures, will lecture on Issues in contemporary
literature at the Glendale Public Library on Tuesday, May 1st at 7PM, at
222 East Harvard Street, Glendale. Library visitors receive 3 hours FREE
parking across Harvard Street at The Market Place parking structure with
validation at the library's Loan desk. The event is organized by Friends
of UCLA Armenian Language & Culture Studies.
Prof. Beledian's lecture is part of a special visit to Southern
California. The Friends of UCLA Armenian Language and Culture Studies
are honoring him at a banquet on April 29th with the Narekatsi Gold
Medal for his contribution to the field of Armenian literature. The
lecture will be in Armenian.
