"MY ARMENIA" FESTIVAL TO STRENGTHEN ARMENIA- DIASPORA TIES

YEREVAN, APRIL 18, ARMENPRESS. Ministry of Diaspora will organize
"My Armenia" festival every two year for more strengthening the ties.
Hranush Hakobyan Minister of Diaspora had a press conference with the
journalists on April 18. She said the program is aimed at expansion
of cooperation, preservation and development of Armenian culture
and identity."
The festival will contribute exchange of relations between Armenian
and Diaspora young artists, for the elaboration of joint programs,
development of modern arts, unification of pan Armenian professional
potential in the field of culture" Minister highlighted.The
inauguration will kick off in "Zvartnots " temple June 29. Various
dance groups, choirs, and individual performers from Diaspora will
participate in the program. Artists from Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh
will take part in the project as well. The festival will consist of
four parts. Duduk festival will declare the end of the event.
