over Azerbaijan in the war of information. Political scientist Hrant
Melik-Shahnazaryan had a press conference with the journalists on April
19. The interlocutor dwelled on the statement made by Ilham Aliyev that
Azerbaijan scores a victory over Armenia referring the influence of
information. "The issue is rather disputable; it is not grounded. The
impact of Azerbaijani information is minimized "Melik-Shahnazaryan
