WE SHALL TURN TO REPRESENT THE REAL LIFE OF ARTSAKH

Dear reader
Karabakh-open.info officially announces launching its activity as
an electronic journal. The project is initiated by the "Movement-88"
political party functioning in Karabakh, yet this does not mean that
the website appears to be the official journal of the party. By this
journal the party aims to present the multicolored reality of Artsakh
and to focus on the areas of discussion the different layers of the
society are curious and worried about.
Our webpage is going to be distinguished by making a greater emphasis
on the citizens' viewpoints. We will review all the events and
social phenomena through the prism of the citizens' perception and
as a result not only the facts but also the attitude of an average
citizen towards the reality will be presented to the reader.
The vacuum state of the information field of Artsakh as well as the
lack of any information on the NKR has repeatedly become the subject
matter of discussions. Our colleagues from the Armenian Diaspora
who were among the participants of the All-Armenian Conference of
Journalists held in 2011 admitted this fact as well.
In the world information sphere Artsakh is associated with the concepts
of war and antagonism whereas Artsakh is continually developing with
all its miseries and accomplishments. And we intend to show this
reality of Artsakh.
The website will enable to make use of Armenian, Russian and English
variants of the information presented. Photos and videos will be
uploaded as well. We sincerely hope to meet the expectations of
our readers.
