`Suicide rate has increased by 40 times'

Member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Hrant Bagratyan says
Serzh Sargsyan has to be sued for not fulfilling the pledges that he
made during his election campaign.
"I promise you that the first law that we will propose once we make it
to the parliament will be to pass a law on punishing him," said
Bagratyan.
During a meeting with voters in Kapan, ex-prime minister Hrant
Bagratyan presented the pledges that the incumbent president had made
during his election campaign and mentioned that there was one thing
that the incumbent president hadn't pledged, but for which there are
the results.
"The suicide rate in Armenia has increased by 40 times."
Hrant Bagratyan doesn't even want to hear that Serzh Sargsyan seized
power in the year of the global financial-economic crisis. "The global
financial-economic crisis lasted for only a year."
To fix the situation, Bagratyan says the only thing to do is to remove
the taxes from the shady economy, which will help make the state
budget go from being 2.5 billion dollars to 4 billion dollars.
