Armenia's Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan has set aside considerable
savings, but he prefers to keep them in US dollars and euros. The
same is true about the minister's wife.
According to the asset disclosure records, in 2011, Tovmasyan had
~@6750 and $70 000. at the beginning of 2011, his savings totaled
$120 000
