SYRIAN ARMENIANS CAN BE SETTLED IN AZERBAIJAN'S OCCUPIED TERRITORIES

Baku. Anakhanum Hidayatova - APA. Dashnaktsutyun party created a
special committee on problems of Syrian Armenians in its office in
the occupied Nagorno Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
APA reports quoting "yerkramas.org" website that the issue of the
settlement of Syrian Armenians in Nagorno Karabakh was discussed at
the meeting.
Suren Khachatryan, head of so-called "Kashatag" region established
by Armenians in the occupied Gubadli, Zangilan and Lachin regions of
Azerbaijan, said he was addressed by Armenians for settling in this
area. He said they agreed to settle one family and expressed readiness
to accept five more families. Khachatryan said seven families from
Syria came before the latest incidents and 5 families stayed there.
