Conscripts of Russian border guard detachment in take oath in Armenia

YEREVAN. - The conscripts of Russian border guard detachment in
Armenia's Armavir took an oath on Saturday (photo).
Over 100 young people took an oath to Armenia and commitment to Russia.
`Taking the oath is an important and exciting event. From now on you
are defenders of the motherland. I am sure you will carry the oath
with honor through the service and the entire life,' chief of border
guard detachment Aleksei Zlobin said addressing the conscripts.
A few months after graduation, recruits will join the guards along the
border with Turkey and Iran.
