ORANGE ARMENIA LAUNCHES BOOK PRIZE 2012

Orange Armenia announced the launch of Orange Book Prize 2012, a
contest open to all those who write in Armenian and who will present
a literary work never published in the past. The objective of the
contest is to boost interest in reading, unveil the literary works
by contemporary Armenian writers and publish them through the daily
evolving electronic media. With this initiative, Orange also joins
book and reading festivities in Yerevan, which was declared World
Book Capital for 2012. Orange Book Prize is organised and implemented
in cooperation with the Armenian Book Center NGO. Those who wish to
participate in the contest will need to send their work in Armenian
and its brief summary to [email protected] until 15
November. The winning work of each genre will be chosen by the vote
of the jury.
