Baku. Anakhanum Hidayatova - APA. Russia hopes in progress in the
settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict in 2012-2013, said Russian
Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin in his interview with "Golos
Rossii" radio station, APA reports.
"It is very difficult and intricate topic that has its own roots
and history. The efforts towards the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh
conflict must be consolidated by the OSCE Minsk Group. Armenia and
Azerbaijan are Russia's close partners within the CIS. We highly assess
the relations with both Yerevan and Baku and do best for rapprochement
of both parties in the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict".
