Gyumri's Mher Lazarian museum director charged with bribery (video)

Director of Mher Lazarian museum of Armenia's second largest city of
Gyumri Shoghik Melkonyan has been charged with bribery.
On May 6, 2012, the day of parliamentary elections in Armenia,
Melkonyan was distributing bribes amounting to 5,000 drams to the
Gyumri residents for them to vote for the Republican party.
Gyumri GALA TV has fixed the moment and showed it on TV. On the basis
of the collected proofs Melkonyan has been charged under Article 1542,
Part 2 of Armenia's Criminal code.
The criminal case has been sent to Shirak province's first instance court.
