    Manoukian will connect the Armenian Diaspora to promising business
    opportunities overseas

    LOS ANGELES-Glendale City Councilmember and local Certified Public
    Accountant (CPA), Rafi Manoukian, joins the Glendale office of
    Armenia's premier advisory & financial services provider, Ameria
    Group, as its Chief Operating Officer, in order to better serve the
    Armenian-American business community through Ameria. Rafi Manoukian,
    currently a member of the Glendale City Council and twice a former
    mayor, welcomes Ameria's expansion beyond the borders of Armenia in
