Vahe Avetyan beaten up to death in Harsnakar restaurant by MP Ruben
Hairapetyan's bodyguard, alarm that the Head of the Investigation
Department of Cases of Special Importance of RA, Vahagn Harutiunyan
and the head of Important Cases of General Investigation Department of
RA, Arsen Ayvazyan reported in documents without any ground that Arman
Khachatryan, one of the accused, is a security guard of the
aforementioned restaurant.
While Kachatryan's said he has been working as Ruben Hairapetyan's
bodyguard for 3-4 years. This fact is proven also by the testimonies
of waiter David Adamyan.
But, Khachatryan's testimonies are contradictory: once he said he is
unemployed and then changed his testimony saying he is the director of
Elmir JSC.
Hence, the above-mentioned police functionaries have assumed the role
of Ruben Hairapetyan's defenders trying to involve Hairapetyan less
possible by rendering his bodyguards security guards of the
restaurant.
