YEREVAN. - Armenian National Assembly's discussion agenda includes the
Government's 2011 report on the state budget, Haykakan Zhamanak daily
writes.
`In line with that report, the Government of Armenia has
underperformed the 2011 State Budget's revenue. Close to AMD 881
billion [approx. $2,150,808,632] were collected for the State Budget
in the case when more than AMD 883 billion [approx. $2,155,691,285]
were envisioned.
But what's more important is that shadow economy in Armenia has
expanded further, and this becomes apparent from the [Budget's] tax
portion's indicator in the GDP,' Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
