Armenian Consulate General to be established in Tabriz

Iran has made a proposal to open an Armenian Consulate General in
Tabriz, Armenian Ambassador to Tehran Grigor Arakelyan told media
during a trip to Tabriz, MEHR agency reported.

Armenia is currently considering this issue, Arakelyan said. After
solving some issues, the Armenian Consulate General will open in
Tabriz.

Arakelyan also said that Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan will attend
the NAM summit to be held in Tehran.
