Armavia's rating has been stopped

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 30, ARMENPRESS. The Central Bank of the Republic of
Armenia has stopped rating of LLC "Armavia" Airlines on the initiative
of the company. The Central Bank of Armenia informed "Armenpress" that
the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia has also stopped rating of
LLC `Valletta' on the Initiative of the company. The previous rating
was "G-", which was granted in 25.02.2011.
The Armavia company was established in 1996, but commercial flights to
Russia and Turkey only started in 2001. It is the Armenia's flag
carrier with its head office on the grounds of Zvartnots International
Airport in Zvartnots, Armenia, near Yerevan. It operates international
passenger services from Yerevan to destinations in Europe and Asia.
Its main base is Zvartnots International Airport.
