New inquisition methods in Azerbaijani schools

    11:23, 1 December, 2012

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 1, ARMENPRESS: Shocking news about new methods of
inquisition in Azerbaijani schools appeared in Facebook. As Armenpress
reports, mother of a schoolgirl of Baku N6 School described contact.az
the shameful behavior of the head teacher, making children to carry
the punishment for being late for the class by standing in the
corridor for two hours. `The fact is that when standing at the
`pillory' children were speaking with anxiety that in Azerbaijani
nobody protected their rights. On the parent's words the `pillory'
idea belongs to the head teacher who said `Those who are being late
must be photographed as the criminals in Western films'. While the
director of the school is Azerbaijan Honored teacher' the agency
    writes.

`How could an honored teacher let such things to take place in the
school? Should such a delay be punished so severely? If so that in
case of being late for not 5 but 40 minutes they must be beaten with
    truncheons?' the agency wondered.

Azerbaijani gun.az news agency referred to November 29 Youtube video
presented how a teacher of Aghstafa city of Azerbaijan punishes
    children with a truncheon.
