Actor of Yerevan Stanislavski State Russian Drama Theatre Sergey
Grigoryan and his brother were beaten at a gas station in Erebuni
administrative district.
As a result of beating the actor had temporary lost his hearing,
which though is being recovering now, theatre's director Frederic
Davtyan told Tert.am.
"He did not have a concussion but doctors have registered a hematoma
which, they said, will pass," he said. Davtyan said despite being
beaten the actor participated in the scheduled performance but his
condition deteriorated afterwards.
Art director of the theatre Alexander Grigoryan said the performances
have not been postponed in the theatre but replaced with others.
Asked what the actor told about the incident, the art director said
Sergey Grigoryan does not remember anything.
According to some information, the gas station where the incident
took place belongs to MP Mher Sedrakyan.
The police do not elaborate on the incident yet.
