CONFERENCE ON "NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT AND SECURITY IN THE SOUTH CAUCASUS" TO BE HELD IN HAGUE

Baku - APA. Chairman of the Coordination Council of Azerbaijani
Community of Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan Orhan Akbarov will
attend the conference on "Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and security in
the South Caucasus" in the Hague.
The Community told APA that Akbarov will deliver a speech on
Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, its history, the
conflict's consequences in the region, as well as the current situation
of internally displaced persons at the conference to be held at the
Parliament of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on December 10.
Note that, the conference is organized by Benelux Azerbaijanis
Congress, Union of European Turkish Democrats (UETD), Turkish Housing
Research Centre, EcoEurasia and Cooperation Center of Azerbaijanis
and other Turkic Speaking Peoples.
The purpose of the conference to be held on the International Human
Rights Day is to give detailed information to the world community on
the ethnic cleansing policy that Azerbaijanis underwent due to the
Armenian occupation, the destruction of our historical and cultural
monuments in the occupied territories and the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict.
Azerbaijani MPs Ganira Pashayeva and Adil Aliyev will also attend
the conference.
