BLESSED ARE AZERBAIJANI JOURNALISTS!

Yerkir.am has already informed about the document on NKR conflict,
which was adopted by the OSCE MG, after the Ministerial Council, in
Dublin, quoting azerbaijani Trend news agency. Azerbaijani news agency
had learnt about that news from Elmar Mammadyarov, MFA of Azerbaijan.
He had informed that he had a meeting with Armenia's MFA Edward
Nalbandyan and the OSCE co-chairs and during that meeting they
discussed the very document.
In order to find out more details on the meeting, Yerkir.am made a
telephone call to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
Surely, we did not expect to talk to Edward Nalbandyan: he wouldn't
lower himself that much to talk to a journalist. And in MFA they said
the usual, that nobody has the right to give any sort of information.
The only person that has such right is the press secretary of MFA
Tigran Balayan, who, usually, is among the Armenian delegation.
We phoned to Balayan's personal phone: at first, he hangs up and then
he was out of reach. Employees of MFA suggested us sending an email to
Balayan: "If he, being in Dublin, hangs up, means he's EXTREMELY busy".
So, in such cases he would hardly find some spare moment to read his
mails, and answering them would, most probably, be out of question.
We were not able to find out anything about the document discussed
and signed by Mammadyarov, Nalbandyan and OSCE co-chairs and could
not learn anything about the upcoming "surprise".
So, in such cases, all we can do is base on what azerbaijani news
agencies report. Blessed are azerbaijani journalists: they get a
chance to talk and get first-hand information from their MFA.
