Ambassador Galib Israfilov: "If Armenia shares the co-chairs' position,
then it must fulfill their first demand - to withdraw its troops from
    the occupied territories of Azerbaijan"

Dublin. Victoria Dementeva - APA. Azerbaijan has responded to the
speech of Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandian on the Nagorno
Karabakh conflict at the meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council.

APA's correspondent reports from Dublin that following the speeches
of all countries' representatives, Azerbaijan has used the right to
respond to the speech of Armenian foreign minister.

Azerbaijan's permanent representative to the OSCE, ambassador
Galib Israfilov said that unfortunately, the OSCE has once again
witnessed Armenia's accusations against Azerbaijan: "To our mind,
the only interesting moment in Armenian foreign minister's statement
is that Armenia shares the co-chairs' position on the settlement
of the conflict. The co-chairs' demand from Armenia is to withdraw
its troops from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. If Armenia
fulfills this demand, the other claims of Armenian foreign minister
    against Azerbaijan will be eliminated."

The ambassador said that the sooner Armenia takes this step, the
sooner mutual understanding and peaceful cooperation can be achieved.

Armenian representative didn't use his right to reply.

Nalbandian accused Azerbaijan of rejecting all proposals of the OSCE
Minsk Group on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
