CAFE ON THE ACCOUNT OF GREEN TERRITORY BUILT IN ARMENIA

Poghosyan is reporting about illegal construction in front of the
Yerevan publishing house's building on Isahakyan street.
The construction is again being implemented on the account of green
territories.
"The territory near Hakob Meghapart statue is closed with a blue
cover for us not to see what they are doing," he told Tert.am,
voicing conviction that a cafe is being built there.
Poghosyan said even if they have a permission it is illegal. "It is
illegal. There is a cafe in that territory now they built another
one in front of it," he said.
30% of the lands provided for the construction of cafes must be
used, the other must be preserved while in Armenia just the opposite
takes place.
