Ruben Hakobyan: Raffi Hovannisian's programs will not change following
Tsarukyan's decision not to run in elections

Head of Heritage parliamentary faction Ruben Hakobyan does not think
that the content of Prosperous Armenia Party's statement was a
surprise.
When asked by Panorama.am who will be Heritage leader Raffi
Hovannisian's key rival in the elections in the current situation,
Ruben Hakobyan said, `Nothing has changed. Irrespective of the fact
whether or not Gagik Tsarukyan will run in the elections, nothing will
change in Raffi Hovannisian's programs. The final number of candidates
is not yet known - unfortunately, all processes remained in the shade
and I think this statement did not shed light on this issue. We can
make some assessments only when the candidate list is ready.'
