Oskanian's And Kocharyan's Intrigue Is In Place

Announcing about his refusal to run for president and to support any
of the candidates, Gagik Tsarukyan closed Vartan Oskanian's and Robert
Kocharyan's way to the Central Election Commission. However, the
reaction of both of them proves that everything is still ahead.
The first to react was the head of Robert Kocharyan's office, Viktor
Soghomonyan, who said that he `does not think' Kocharyan will run.
However, no one refuted Kocharyan's possible nomination.
Vartan Oskanian's reaction is also ambiguous: he said that he respects
Gagik Tsarukyan's decision, that he thought the fight would be
different but he didn't state whether he would run or no. Moreover, he
didn't reject his previous statement that in case Tsarukyan does not
run, he is ready to run instead.
Actually, Oskanian's and Kocharyan's intrigue is still in place and
they will keep it up to the last moment. Moreover, it is not ruled out
that at the very last moment, one of them will go to the CEC. Perhaps,
this will happen during the New Year festivities, in order not to
cause much political scandal.
