    YEREVAN, DECEMBER 25, ARMENPRESS: Armenian sport journalists'
    federation wraps up 2012 sporting year. London Olympic Games silver
    medal winner Arsen Julfalakyan was recognized 2012 best athlete by
    relevant 294 points. Greco - Roman wrestler Artur Alexanyan shares
    the second place, Olympic Games medal winner Hripsime Khurshudyan
    concludes the list of the best athletes with 226 points. Olympic chess
    champion Levon Aronyan (203 points), rifleman Yerganik Avetisyan
    (131 points), judoist Hovhannes Davtyan (97 points), international
    grandmaster Vladimir Hakobyan (95 points), gymnast Hovhannes Merdinyan
    (74 points), tekvoist Arman Yeremyan(68 points), the list will be
    summed up by Vachik Vardanyan(64 points).

    Arsen Julfalakyan is an Armenia wrestler who won the Gold medal in the
    2009 European Wrestling Championships in Vilnius , a Silver medal in
    the 2010 World Wrestling Championship in Vilnius, and a Silver medal
    at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
