16-YEAR-OLD GIRL ROBBED IRANIAN CITIZEN IN YEREVAN MOTEL

As Armenian News - NEWS.am was informed by the Yerevan court of general
jurisdiction of administrative districts Kentron and Nork-Marash,
there has been another crime story in Yerevan "Senior~T motel. The
16-year-old I.E. robbed a citizen of Iran.
The young offender has been charged for stealing the purse from A.R.H.,
with whom she had spent the night in the mentioned motel.
There was AMD 40,000 (about $90), $ 150, 3 million Iranian rials,
bank cards. In general, the foreigner was robbed in the amount of
more than $1,100.
On the fact of the incident a criminal case under article 177, part 2,
paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code (grand theft) has been initiated. As
a preventive measure, oversight has been selected. The trial date
has not been set yet.
