During a joint press conference with former Speaker of Slovak National
Council Frantisek Miklosko, Grigoryan said a delegation from Slovakia
participated in the opening ceremony.

investment programs and construction of a cascade of three HPPs with

despite its small geographical size, is of great regional importance,
and in case of war with Iran can occur in even more tough blockade.
Therefore, Nagorno-Karabakh needs international assistance, he added.
