MAJORITARIAN ELECTORAL SYSTEM: TOOL FOR THE AUTHORITIES

Member of ARF fraction Armen Rustaman considered the announcements
that it is late to pass to electoral system nonsense.
He reminded that it was during the last sessions that the Coalition
tried to adopt a bill concerning the elections.
Armen Rustamyan believes that "consensus minus one" is created in
the Parliament and that 1 is ANC.
"Majoritarian electoral system has become a tool in the hands of the
authorities giving them right to kick the opposition out. There is
no need to prove that", announced the ARF figure and stressed that
it is impossible to hold democratic elections without proportional
electoral system.
