The National Security Councils of Armenia and Belarus have signed a
    2012-2013 cooperation program.

The press service of Armenia's National Security Council reports that
the program was signed during Council Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan's
meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Leonid Maltsev.

At his meeting with Belarusian President Aleksander Lukashenko, Mr
Baghdasaryan conveyed to him his Armenian counterpart's warm greetings.

Mr Baghdasaryan expressed the confidence that the Armenian
delegation's visit to Belarus would prove effective in strengthening
    the Armenian-Belarusian ties.

In his turn, the Belarusian leader pointed out the need for efforts
to increase bilateral trade turnover in the context of available
potential. Belarus is willing to discuss any proposal for cooperation
with the Armenian side, President Lukashenko said.

The Armenian delegation also held a meeting with the top officials of
the State Military Industry Committee of Belarus. The sides discussed
    development of bilateral cooperation.
