`The disposition of the party to passing to proportional or not will
be decided after the discussions and after the hearing the opinion of
the head of the party,' said Naira Zohrabyan talking about the
proportional and majority election systems.
He mentioned that at present the society is interested in having open
and transparent elections: `In democratic countries the society is not
worried about holding fair election.'
Zohrabyan also mentioned that she personally is for the proportional system.
