KRIVOPUSKOV: COOPERATION OF "ROSSOTRUDNICHESTVO" AND ARMENIAN WRITERS' UNION IS THE FIRST STEP ON THE WAY OF FULFILLMENT OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN ARMENIA AND RUSSIA

The agreement about creative cooperation between Rossotrudnichestvo
and Armenian Writers' Union is the first step which replenishes
the cooperation agreement in the humanitarian sphere signed between
Russia and Armenia in October 2011, the head of Rossotrudnichestvo
office in Armenia, Viktor Krivopuskov, said at the ceremony of the
agreement signing, 25 January.
The agreement envisages cooperation linked with holding of the Year
of Armenia in Russia and the Year of Russia in Armenia, as well as
enhancing of the Armenian-Russian translation school. Krivopuskov
said that a group of translators from Russia will visit Armenia in
spring of the current year, together with Armenian translators to
translate modern Armenian literature into Russian.
