Azerbaijani society aware of sultan on throne - Colonel-General Yuri Khachaturov

YEREVAN.- The Armenian Army has become strong, said Chief of General
Staff of Armenian Armed Forces, Colonel-General Yuri Khachaturov.
Congratulating the Armenian nation on the Army Day, he said the most
considerable achievement is high level of skills of the officers.
Colonel-General also touched upon the issues related to Azerbaijan's
military rhetoric, saying the Azerbaijani society feels it is ruled by
the regime of a sultan.
