Z. PASKALEVA: "YOU MUST KNOW THE HEROES AND EDUCATE OUR CHILDREN BY THEIR EXPERIENCE"

"Armenian Army has proved the whole world that it is a strong Army.
Armenia is always standing against the danger of the war restarting
so Armenian soldier must always be careful and cautious." Bulgarian
journalist, operator, scenarist and director Zvetana Paskaleva told
about the journalists during the press conference devoted to the
20th anniversary of Armenian Third Republic Army. "Armenian Army
is created just in the field of the war. This army was created in a
terrible condition, in the field of the war, without any base. Inner
initiative of the people forced them to come together and supported
them to unify and success", she said.
According to Paskaleva, Armenian soldiers were assisted by the idea
of protecting the Motherland and this idea was always with them.
Bulgarian journalist remembered the heroes of Artsakh war whom she
met at the field of the war. "I have tried to create the images of the
people whom I have seen there in order to protect them in your memory.
I was fortunate to meet those heroes and I have survived, I have
tried to transfer their heroic images in the Armenian and the world
history", Paskaleva said and added with pain that today's generation
does not know Artsakh heroes well. "You must know the heroes and must
be educated by their experience", the director underlined. According
to Paskaleva, now officers are serving at Armenian Army who are
well-educated and are able to have debated on every theme. "But
having the whole truth in your hands Armenian side is always in a more
passive role. Armenians think that the world knows the obvious truth.
But the world has its troubles and you must tell it the truth.
Political sphere is not in a vacuum it is ready to listen to the
truth. Acceptance of the bill of criminalization of Armenian Genocide
denial is the best proof of it", the speaker said.
Paskaleva also said that few people in the world know the truth
about Artsakh war, but Armenians think that everyone knows and
there is no need to speak about it once more. "Every measure must
be used to tell the truth to the world. Azerbaijanis present false
tales to the international society. As these false stories appear in
some different sources the world accepts it as reality", Bulgarian
journalist underlined.
