Man is sentenced to 14 years for falsifying documents and crossing
border illegally in Armenia

YEREVAN. - S. Alexanyan was sentenced to 14 years of imprisonment by
the First Instance Court of Yerevan's Center and Nork-Marash districts
accused in fraud, using loan for inappropriate purposes, falsifying
documents and for crossing the state border illegally.
Alexanyan was declared guilty according to Armenian Criminal Code's
178th article's 3rd part's 1st point, 191st article's 1st part, 325th
article's 1st part, 329th article's 1st part. He was sentenced to 14
years of imprisonment and confiscation of property worth of AMD
40,000,000 ($100,000).
