"The international response could have been stricter, not to allow
Azerbaijan to violate international norms. It would be wrong to say
that the international community stayed indifferent to Azerbaijan's
recent actions. There were some discussions, with critical remarks
voiced," Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan told Hay Zinvor
newspaper, when asked to comment on the inadequate response from the
international community to Azerbaijan's recent actions.
"However, it is obvious that we expected a stricter response, because
Azerbaijan moved sabotage actions from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia,
creating an intolerable precedent," he said.
