TIGRAN SARGSYAN: THE SOCIETY MUST TRUST THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan participated in the sitting dedicated to
the Prosecutor's Day. Congratulating the employees of the Prosecutor's
Office on the occasion of their professional day, the Prime Minister
said: "The activity of the Prosecutor's Office has always been in
the focus of attention of the government and the society. The reason
is that the problems facing the Prosecutor's Office and the state
often overlap. Moreover, very often the state manages to resist the
challenges with the help of the Prosecutor's Office. It's no secret
that corruption is one of the most important problems our country
faces."
The Prime Minister assured that the fight against corruption is
one of the government priorities. Tigran Sargsyan said "the citizen
must not be afraid of the prosecutor, and the society must trust the
prosecutor's office, being confident that the latter performs its
duties on a proper level."
A number of employees of the Prosecutor's Office were awarded with
RA Prime Minister's memorial medals.
