Threat of force unacceptable for Europe of the 21st century

YEREVAN.- President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and the head of the
European Council Herman Van Rompuy discussed the Karabakh peace
process during the meeting on Wednesday.
Speaking after the meeting, President Sargsyan said the sides had
reiterated necessity that the conflict must be settled within the
framework of the OSCE Minsk Group and based on UN Charter and the
Helsinki Final Act.
Threats to use force, sowing hatred and intolerance as well as the
attempts to edit history are unacceptable for Europe of the 21st
century.
President Sargsyan stressed that Armenia welcomes EU's readiness to
assist implementation of the confidence-building measures and the
moves aimed at achieving lasting peace in the region.
