YEREVAN. - Armenian Minister of Justice Hrair Tovmasyan has made a
statement in connection with the Armenian Constitution Day on July 5.

one of the attributes of statehood.

Constitution states the main norms on which state, public and
political life is being built.
The Constitution is a document for the state's prospects. It is
important for the Constitution day to become a holiday for us all. It
