SUICIDE RATE INCREASES IN THE RANKS

Republic welcomes the idea of installing cameras in military units.
"We already have cameras installed in barracks, checkpoints and other
places where conflicts are reported periodically," the NKR official
said adding that they usually disclose all crimes.
"This preventative measure [cameras] will require financial
investments," he continued. "The main problems arise on the frontlines
where the control of commanders is comparatively weaker."
The official laments the increase in the number of suicides in the
ranks: "Last year we had only one suicide, but this year we have
already had four cases," he stressed.
Mr. Hakobyan says the possibility of war is rather low but if
Azerbaijan attacks, we will surely win, doubling our territories.
