The Paris meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers
proved absence of any new proposals by the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk
group, political analyst Sergey Shakaryants told the reporters today,
adding that it may result in new subversive acts by the Azerbaijani
side.
"We cannot claim that Azerbaijan will refrain from new subversions.
Armenian and Nagorno Karabakh defense ministers do not exclude it
either. The ministers stressed that each second they are expecting
Azerbaijan to use force," the analyst said.
Shakaryants said statistics shows that Aliyev Administration must
somehow justify the purchase of such amount of weaponry to prove to
the people the money are not being spent in vain.
"Though the administration ignores the people, with subversions it
tries to prove that it does not spend money in vain by buying weapons,"
he said.
