>From now on Russian well-known analyst Stanislav Tarasov's book
"Legends on Karabakh" will be a serious counterbalance to the
Azerbaijani and Turkish false information and propaganda in Russia.
"The historians, who deal with the topic by specialty, answered my
inquiry that Tarasov brings new data even for specialists who work in
the archives. And that is a serious achievement," politician Modest
Kolerov said.
The initiative of publishing the book belongs to the Russian-Armenian
Cooperation Organisation and the oganisation's president Yuri Navoyan;
they will continue to publish such books.
To note, both Russian and Azerbaijani media representatives were
present at the book's presentation.
"The aim is to help Russia to analyze the situation and to take
right decisions. We are now becoming a big power and must chose the
orientating points of the Eastern direction in a literate way. We
must know who is our ally, what kind of an ally it is, how we must
work with it and what will accompany it. We must objectively master
the historical pattern in order to build a real policy. This book is
first of all a manual for the Russian diplomacy. And if Azerbaijan
has found there any negative aspects, that is Azerbaijan's tragedy
and problem," politician Stanislav Tarasov said.
"I want to stress the peculiarity of today's presentation. That is
first of all the coordinated, permanent and thorough work. I wish to
underline that community life very often lacks that -coordinated and
lasting work. And it is not casual that all this is taking place under
the auspices of the Russian-Armenian Cooperation Organisation and the
library with the same name," the chairman of Friends of Artsakh club
Eduard Gulyan said.
