YEREVAN. - Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan
deceived his team member, well-known constructor Vazgen Poghosyan,
who was 34th in the PAP's parliamentary election party list, Irates
De Facto writes.
"Gagik Tsarukyan summoned him and said: 'Dear Vazgen, write a petition,
renounce [your] parliamentary mandate because I'm getting ready
to give you the position of Urban Development Minister.' [So,] He
[Poghosyan] wrote [the petition] and remained 'on the sideline.'
No one among his circles believed in such 'sad' finale. 'Vazgen should
have been an MP at least. He invested very great efforts and resources
for the PAP,'" Irates De Facto writes.
