"The meeting with the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group mainly
focused on issues related to regional peace and stability," Artsakh
President's spokesperson David Babayan told Panorama.am, when asked
to give details of the OSCE MG Co-Chairs' visit to Stepanakert.
The Co-Chairs condemned ceasefire violations, stressed the necessity
of withdrawing snipers from the front line and investigating contact
line incidents, Babayan added.
Panorama's correspondent said that these issues are always raised at
meetings in various formats and asked the spokesperson what guarantees
we have that Azerbaijan will not take a step back again.
"There are no guarantees. Moreover, Azerbaijan does not agree to
these conditions, thus hindering progress in talks," Babayan said.
