ARMENIA, UAE TO COOPERATE IN FIGHT AGAINST TRAFFICKING, OTHER CRIMES

YEREVAN. - Armenia's Police has submitted for approval of the July
19 Cabinet session the agreement on cooperation with the United Arab
Emirates (UAE) in the security domain.
In line with this agreement, the two countries will join forces in
crime obstruction, detection, and prevention.
This also refers to fight against the trafficking and prostitution
networks, and it is apparent that UAE is one of Armenian prostitutes'
favorite destinations.
Armenia and UAE also will cooperate in combating corruption, illegal
sale of weapons, drug trade, and other crimes.
