ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTRY DENIES THE NEWS OF WOUNDING AZERBAIJANI SOLDIER

YEREVAN, JULY 14, ARMENPRESS: The Republic of Armenia did not
violate the cease-fire regime. The press secretary of the Ministry
of Defense of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannissyan during the conversation
with Armenpress mentioned that the information which was spread by
Azerbaijani Medias that as from the shot of Armenian side Azerbaijani
soldier has been wounded does not correspond to reality. "It is
misinformation, it does not correspond to reality" said Hovhannissyan.
Earlier Azerbaijani Medias had spread the next misinformation, as
from the shot of Armenian side soldier of Azerbaijani army 19 years
old Rabbi Elseviaroglu Zafarov was wounded.
Armenia and Azerbaijan, former Soviet republics in the South Caucasus,
have been at war over the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh for
more than twenty years.
