Armenia and Iran will jointly establish a free trade area. Araks
Free Trade Area company's representative Sadek Najafi and Syunik's
governor Surik Khachatryan have signed a memorandum on investment,
trade and ecological spheres, Armenpress reports citing Iranian Fars.
"It is stated in the memorandum that the Armenian-Iranian free trade
area must be established by joint investments of Araks Free Trade
Area and in Syunik region," Najafi has announced and added that the
two sides have also agreed to establish a border market on the border
of Norduz.
