AN AGREEMENT SIGNED ON THE NKR AND TRANSNISTRIA CEC COOPERATION

Yerevan, July 18, ARMENPRESS: The Republic of Nagorno Karabakh and the
central electoral commission of Transnistria signed a cooperation
agreement. As "Armenpress" reports calling Kavkaz-uzel.ru, the
agreement was signed between the President of the Artsakh CEC Rashid
Petrosyan and the head of the Transnistria CEC Peter Denisenko.
The cooperation between the two countries was considered to be
successful by Rashid Petrosyan. The latter outlined that the contract
was signed on the eve of the NKR presidential elections. "Transnistria
CEC delegation is in Artsakh for the purpose of election observation
mission, which can be considered as another fact of the implementation
of the contract," briefed Petrosyan.
Transnistria CEC chairman Peter Denisenko added that the cooperation
between the two CEC will allow to more deepen and develop the bilateral
relations.
82 international observers and 48 foreign media representatives have
accredited in the Artsakh CEC to observe the elections.
