>From the point of view of the international law the Karabakh conflict
should be resolved on the basis of the principle of the peoples'
right for self-determination, a member of Public Chamber of Russia,
Denis Dvornikov, said over today's meeting with members of Armenian
parliament in Yerevan.

and added one should take all the efforts for the world community to
admit such an approach.

said that the Karabakh conflict should be resolved only in a peaceful
way. "The people of Karabakh themselves shoulddecide where to live and
how to develop", - he said and added that the forthcoming presidential
election in Nagornyy Karabakh will become another step on the way of
free will expression by the peopleof Karabakh.
To note, the Russian delegation will leave for Stepanakert to implement
the monitoring mission at the presidential election in Nagornyy
